NormaQ is presented as a macOS quality-operations product for project quality leaders and engineering organisations. The portfolio focuses on the connection between risk, inspection, nonconformity, corrective action, evidence, communication, and lessons learned.
Three product screens illustrate the system: an operational KPI dashboard, a likelihood-impact risk heatmap, and an NCR/CAPA flow joining root cause with before-and-after evidence.
The product principle
Quality records create value when they change prevention and execution. NormaQ therefore treats evidence and lessons as part of the operating loop rather than as documents created after the work is complete.
