About this policy

Delicious Cost (the "App") is a store cost and profitability management app provided by RoyWorkx. The App does not collect personal data. Ingredients, recipes, sales, costs, and other business data you enter are stored in the local database on your device and are not transmitted to servers operated by RoyWorkx.
Data storage, protection, and exports
App data is stored locally using iOS Data Protection. Backup files in JSON format and reports in PDF or CSV format leave the device only when you explicitly choose to export or share them.
Deleting the App deletes the App's local data from that device. Files you previously exported, copies stored by a service you selected, or device backups managed by iOS may remain until you delete them from the relevant location. RoyWorkx cannot access or delete those copies on your behalf.

Pro subscriptions
Pro subscriptions are processed by the Apple App Store through StoreKit. The App uses StoreKit only to determine subscription entitlement and unlock the appropriate features. RoyWorkx does not access or store your credit card number, bank account information, or other payment-method details.
Apple processes App Store transactions under its own privacy policy and terms. Please refer to Apple's policies for information about how Apple handles transaction data.
Local notifications
Expiry, reorder, and monthly-report reminders operate only as local notifications on your device. They are delivered only after you grant notification permission in iOS. You can change or revoke this permission at any time in iOS Settings.
Third parties and analytics
The App contains no advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or external AI APIs. RoyWorkx does not sell, rent, or share App data with third parties.
If you choose to export or share a file to another app or service, that destination's privacy policy applies to its handling of the file.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the App's features, data practices, or legal requirements change. Any update will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
